You really need to add this to your daily routine!
This oil has become an essential. It has almost no scent, is very light, and has many uses. First of all it works great for oil pulling. I had never tried this before and was surprised at how clean my mouth felt. It works great for body massage before showering or bathing and helps to keep the skin soft and eliminates that dried out feeling. I massage it into my feet and hands at night. My nails and cuticles have never looked so good. It removes makeup. I feel better about using a natural product. I've only been using it for two months, and am very pleased with the results.

Smells AWEFUL! Chemical-like
The SMELL is aweful! I'm use to a nuetral light pleasant aroma. Like Neutrogena sesame oil. This smells like a light fuel, harsh ordor. I would not recommend and will never order it again. Its sad because others post saying it has a light pleasant smell. Lies, lies lies. Ive trashed it. More like a chemical/solvent! Do not buy this product! Im going right now to order Neutrogena sesame oil!

Comforting,healing,calming,thick,moisturizing, sleep aid
I bought this product for 1 reason only sleep. I was having a hard time sleeping in menopause and an Ayurveda pratitionner suggested Sesame oil and this brand in particular. She said rub this on the soles of your feet I also add some Lavender and eucalyptus essential oil drops. within 10 minutes I was out and I slept like a baby, not to mention your soles feel wonderful too like silk after using it a few times.I You wake up calm refreshed and somehow you feel comforted and calmer. It is a thick product like glycerin a little less thicker than Castor oil. You can add it to any moisturizer that is what I did with mine (body lotion) It will change the scent but you will reap the benefits so try a little before. You an put it on your face in cold weather if you have dry skin. Even on muscle pain it helps. You can also cook with it but I have not yet. I put it on my burn when it was peeling, highly moisturizing and calming and cooling I have yet to discover this gem of an oil and reap its full benefits.
