I find this perfect with coffee, baking keto type breads and keto desserts. It is not as sweet as sugar. This helps lower sweet cravings. It took time to adjust to not having sugar type sweetness. I even use it to make my own chocolate chips.

Though the price is a bit rough (reason for 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars). The taste is EXTREMELY REALISTIC to normal granulated Sugar. Manufacturers who have a good mix of these THREE ingredients, Allulose, AND Monk Fruit, AND Stevia, usually always have the best results for all sweetening. Whether it be Cereal, Beverages, Baking, or Cooking, etc. Brands that narrow their Products down to ONLY ONE ingredient, like Allulose alone…or limiting the mix to ONLY TWO ingredients like Allulose combined with only one additional ingredient, like Stevia OR Monk Fruit…just don’t seem to taste as authentic. A good mix of all three ingredients has always had the best result for our entire Family. There’s been no requirement for our Family to buy regular granulated Sugar for years & years. There is no need to have processed Sugars in your Pantry, as long as this combination from ‘Keto Lifestyle My Normal’ is available. We hope they never ponder altering their ingredients/recipe like other Manufacturers have. So far, their’s is just right…Though they should consider dropping the price some, and they’d likely get many more Customers. We’d also prefer if they offered a bulk 4 pound bag available for online ordering. The same form a Family would likely purchase their granulated Sugar from the local Grocery Store. Since many of us use ‘Keto Lifestyle My Normal’ as a total replacement for granulated Sugar, it would be much more convenient, and allot less packaging to deal with. BTW, we also buy their Allulose, Stevia, Monk Fruit sweetener Syrup. Like the granulated Product, it has a great combination & taste. Works so well for sweetening all types of Beverages a misc dishes.

Once I add it to my coffee, I cant taste it at all. The initial sweetness that you sample on your tongue lasts less than a second. I so wanted this to be a great alternative to the Stevia powder I do buy because the cost is expensive. Sadly this just doesnt cut it for me.
