I specifically chose this foot massager because of the claim that it can relieve Plantar Faciitis symptoms. Although I don't suffer from PF myself, my wife does and she has tried many ways to try to reduce the pain PF causes, most of which are uncomfortable and/or difficult to use. I was a little sceptical of the claims, but I figured it was worth a try. As a general foot massager, it works very well and isn't noisy while in use. The controls allow all of the modes to be independently controlled and this is made even easier via the remote control. The massager also has a timer so it automatically stops after around ten minutes. I actually enjoy using it myself as it is very relaxing! In terms of the Plantar Faciitis, my wife has been pleasantly surprised at the relief she has received from the foot massager, especially after being on her feet for long periods. I don't make any claims that this will work for everyone with PF, or that it provides a permanent solution, but it has certainly reduced her complaints regarding her painful heel, so that's a result for me! In any case, it is a very good foot massager anyone to use, just to pamper their feet a little.

I’ve been using this foot and leg massager for a few days now, and it’s quickly become part of my daily routine. What I really like is the combination of compression, vibration, and heat. The compression feels firm but not painful, and it does a great job of relieving that heavy, tired feeling after a long day on my feet. The heat function is a nice touch too—it’s not overly hot, but just enough to help you relax.

Absolutely incredible product. I am a trainee primary school teacher and as you can guess, I am constantly on my feet. This is the nicest treat you could buy for your feet. The kneading pressure is perfect and the air compression practically makes my feet feel as light as a feather. The heat function is absolutely perfect for a cold winters day and the vibration is the added bonus. After only using it for 15 minutes I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how swollen my feet look and feel. It is also incredibly light and easy to move for such a powerful product and surprisingly quite silent! I will definitely be using this daily and I cannot wait to share the relief I feel with my whole family! This truly is an Amazon 5/5 star buy and i couldn’t be happier!

Although this item was purchased at a discounted price , I was still surprised how good the build quality was. It seriously does give your feet the most amazing massage ever . Absolutely impressed with the design of the touch panel which is clearly labelled for each function and just a light touch with your finger changes the modes . I was rather confused with the way the remote was designed, the touch display on the device was so clear and easy to understand and the remote was so confusing to use especially with the elderly people in the house , I think it would have been easier to use if they had put the vibration and heat buttons in the same position as the kneading and compression buttons and clearly labeled them like they have on the device itself. As there's various family members using the device I just think when purchasing the product there should be a option to buy optional inner liners for hygiene purposes, maybe have various coloured liners that could be just slotted in the device instead of being zipped up. Overall this product is amazing and well worth the buy , I definitely would have give it a 5 star rating if they made the remote more elderly friendly.

I am beyond amazed at this product after a neuropathy diagnosis, this has only been day 1 but should also include this is a 4in 1, knead, compression, vibration and heat! I got the bigger size as people complained about it not touching toes which I also struggle with, I’m a size 6, careful as it’s a powerful device so best to start on low also get a 3 year warranty so don’t forget to sign up for that. I’m just overjoyed, as my feet have been so so numb and cold.

I purchased the Comfier foot massager for my husband who has had problems with his feet for a few years. Massage always helped but after moving 12 months ago he hadn’t found anywhere to obtain a massage. After a week of use his feedback is that he feels that the foot massager is working for him because his feet are beginning to feel more flexible. He finds the compression and heat facility particularly beneficial but is less keen on the vibration function. At the moment he finds the rolling kneading function a little harsh so is limiting the length of time during which that particular function is turned on, although he is gradually increasing this length of time. The remote control is particularly useful for this and for changing which features are functioning. We did have a little difficulty in activating the 3 year warranty through the Comfier website but after contacting their customer services the problem was quickly rectified with them activating it on our behalf. He did do some research comparing various massage machines prior to settling on this one and so far is very happy with the purchase.

It arrived a little scratched on the screen even though I bought a “new” one. I didn’t think anything of it. All settings worked except for the heat. I bought another one to see if I had received a faulty one. Yet again, the heat didn’t work. Returning both now. It’s a shame that it doesn’t work as advertised. Very disappointed!

I bought this Foot Massager after being burned by one of those disappointing back massagers that basically just vibrates aggressively and hopes you won’t notice. This one, though...Shockingly good. It actually feels like a real person is massaging your feet — minus the awkward eye contact and the negotiation about whose turn it is. Most evenings I drag it out for a wind‑down session. It’s not quite the same as when my wife and I massage each other’s feet while watching The Traitors and working through a tub of ice cream like two people with absolutely no self‑control, but honestly, it gets surprisingly close. You get three levels of kneading, compression, vibration, and heat. The customisation is great — especially because I can turn off the vibration, which I personally hate. It feels like my feet are trying to send Morse code. The highest compression setting can get a bit enthusiastic, like it’s trying to squeeze a confession out of me, but the lower settings are perfect. One thing worth knowing: it automatically switches off after 15 minutes. I assume this is for safety, but 15 minutes is a bit short for my liking. So I just turn it straight back on and carry on pretending I’m in a spa instead of my living room. There’s a remote, but I’ve ignored it completely. The buttons are right next to your feet, so unless you’re planning to operate it from across the room like some kind of foot‑based Jedi, it’s a bit pointless. My only real complaint is the size. It’s too tall to slide under the sofa, so instead it lives under the stairs like Harry Potter before he realised he was a wizard.

Just received this today. I couldn't wait to try it. I have never had a foot massager before so I have nothing to compare it to, but I thought it had a wonderful massage and the compression was great. It turns off after 15 minutes which is good - I don't think you want more than that. It works the front of the foot and the arch. It doesn't really get back to the heal. I am looking forward to using it. Ordered one for my daughter. This machine is really helping the pain in my feet. I put some of those healing bags on my feet and put socks over the bags - let the machine do its work - and I have happy feet. Thank you for a great product!

I purchased the Comfier foot massager, delivery and shipping were phenomenal. Same day and not at 10 pm! I was eager to try this to see if it was going to give me the right pressure in the right part of my feet and it has not disappointed yet. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and can barely walk sometimes especially after working at my checkout job. This one has great pressure during compression and the kneading gets deep. I wasn’t expecting much since it’s a machine that will work in only one way. I used the highest compression setting and deepest kneading setting and there were times where it just felt good and other times I would adjust my foot and got a therapeutic dig in all the right spots. The machine will “cycle” the compressions, and decompress every 2-3 minutes. I use this opportunity to adjust my feet so the kneading can work another part of the fascia. After just one use my feet felt incredible. I haven’t tried it on its lowest setting yet, to see if there is a big difference in pressure or not. And I can note that the heat function was hot on the first setting. I just turned that function off. Also, the vibration isn’t anything to write home about, it’s noticeable but did nothing for me or the fascia. Is it perfect like a human foot masseuse? No. But it’s a nice bang for my buck. I only hope I don’t have a mechanical issue 6 months from now. Biggest piece of advice, read the manual, and understand the warranty terms. In lieu of that, I completely recommend this machine for the price.

Okay so honestly it takes a lot for me to write a review. Either super bad or exceptional. I also make sure I use a product before posting 5 stars "can't wait to try this". How does that help anyone? This foot massager was life changing for me personally. I suffer from sciatic nerve pain and I noticed recently my feet were also being affected. At night they just sort of ached and it was getting increasing worse. Fast forward and I needed to utilize some remaining FSA funds. I started doing some research and found this foot massager. There were many available and most had the same functions, kneeding, heat, vibration and air soft compression. I this brand based on reviews and all I can I say is "wow!" After continued use for 5 straight days each night before bed, my feet no longer ache all night. During the day they feel "more alive". They are starting to feel like they used to! I'm going to order another for my office since I work from home but also go to the office 3 days per week. So far the massager was easy to set up, very user friendly and easy to operate! The settings are high, med and low for each function so the variations are numerous. So far my favorite is high on heat, compression and kneading and low on vibration. I am very use to massagers due to years of back issues so others may need to start with the low settings. I love that the foot insert can be removed and washed. The size is as expected for how it functions. It is light and easily moved to different locations. I highly recommend this foot massager for anyone who has issues or wants to pamper themselves and prevent future issues. You won't be disappointed!

Purchased for my husband because he has neuropathy on soles of his feet. He’s been using every day since received and says it is really helping his feet not burn and lets him get good nights sleep. It also reduces burning during the day. He likes all the functions but says there isn’t enough heat he can feel. For him, heat was a big “want” factor. My opinion after using is it is a little to rough for my boney, small, thin feet. The massage balls actually hurt the bottom of my feet so I don’t run that option. Vibrate and pressure are good but as noted above, the heat is barely noticeable. I like that the foot liners can be removed for washing. It is built solidly and almost noiseless it’s so quiet. I don’t know if I’d purchase again simply because lack of noticeable heat which is why four stars. We didn’t return but will try different brand next time.

Massager is ok. Can hurt if used on the highest setting for kneeding massage. The product works as intended but just does not provide the relief I thought it would. Overall an ok item if you don’t mind the money spent.
