Smart for Life Liquid Allulose Sweetener, 16 fl oz Syrup, Zero Net Carbs

It is the perfect no cal sweetner. It is only half as sweet as sugar, so you must double it. The only side effect is it dulls your appitite some.

If you're looking for a sweetener packing the punch of liquid Stevia or Monkfruit, this won't fit the bill. I'm detecting sweetness perhaps 1/3 the level of table sugar. If you're just looking to lower amounts of sugar in a recipe, this could work, but even then I'd recommend granulated allulose. The amount of this product required to sweeten a cup of coffee in equal measure to sucrose is rather excessive. That aside, it has a nice, subtle sweetness similar to sugar with no aftertaste. Twice as strong, it'd be great!

I use it instead of sugar in my Ninja Creami Ice cream maker. makes the best Keto Ice Cream. I use it 1 to 1 in place of sugar as I found I prefer it not as sweet as most recipes call for. If you're trying to make crispy cookies, you may want another type of sweetener as it tends to make baked goods moister

I took a try on this one. It is not the normal brand that I order. It taste very much like a chemical and not at all what the other brand of aloe syrup taste like. I know that I cannot mention the name of the other aulos syrup, but this one is not good at all and will never order again. The price was right and that’s about it. Spend a little more and get a product that actually works and tastes fantastic

It’s ok, but I thought it was a substitute for sweetener in that it would have zero or near zero carbohydrates. It has 4g per tsp, which while lower than what you’d get in a regular coke, it’s still quite substantial.
