I've got a puck of dirt
Unwrap them, run a couple tablespoons of HOT water on them and repeat until you have a surprisingly hefty amount of soil per puck. Perfect for the rectangular wooden cat grass pot that I use. 3 pucks is just enough for it. I'm no botanist, but my cat grass seeds and these have been sitting under my sink for months and still work great in both blooming when unwrapped and moistened as well as growing the seeds nicely. So the soil quality must be good! There's no weird smell either. I never thought I'd have this much to say about some pucks of dirt, but here we are. Buy it!

My cat loves this grass, but...
My cat clearly loves the grass, and eats it every day! It is easy to grow and lasts for a couple weeks. The only thing that is slightly concerning to me is that there is always some kind of mold at the roots of the grass. Does anyone know what this is all about, and how I can prevent it? Thank you very much.

SEEDS ARE SEPARATE. Don’t bother buying their soil!
First time I bought from here I received a whole kit. But it’s all separate after that. They don’t really make that clear! Seeds and soil are separate. You don’t need to get their soil either, it’s not special, cheaper to make your own or buy somewhere else. Great seed product though.
