I'm not an athlete and I don't see much of a difference between this and a monster or rockstar. Which was the main reason why I decided to give it a try, I just needed an extra kick for my every day routine. I don't do a much physical work on a day, maybe 5k steps a day. It's very hard for me to stay awake during the day so I was looking for something to keep me up and concentrated. Unfortunately, this did not do much for me. I honestly feel the same as with the usual energy drinks. There was no surge in energy at all, but also no crash which was good. The flavor was really good! Which I'm happy because honestly I was getting very sick and tired of the flavors of the rockstars, monsters and raze energy drinks because those are hit or miss. In my opinion these are extremely overpriced for the size and quantity. I'm happy to have to drink less for the same amount of energy but not having to pay more, if that makes sense. Because at the end of the day, I'm not receiving the benefits it's claiming. I've tried pre-workouts before and this is nothing like it. A pre-workout is like putting on a brand new set of batteries. I would like to get back into working out but this definitely does not give me enough energy to keep me awake for half the day. So by the time I get home from work I just want to sleep and have no motivation to work out at all. So yeah, only buy this if you like expensive tasting low calorie sodas I guess.

we have tried about every ZOA product that’s out there. This is by far the best flavor my husband likes. We love that has all natural ingredients and doesn’t contain some of the nasty unhealthy ingredients like other energy drinks. My husband drinks one of these every morning we highly recommend this to anyone who wants a healthy alternative to an energy drink

This is the 2nd time I have ended up with a wet cases and crushed cans! Overall this is a kick ass product

It tastes really good, it was a bit strong for me so I didn't use it for long, but it definitely does its job and increases performance
