Does what it says, use sparingly
I like this for toning brassiness in my silver highlights, but don't use a lot, or it will get sticky and make your hair feel dirty

Faulty pump unimpressive product
I used this product 3 times ! Not impressed with product’s performance and now after 3 uses pump had malfunctioned and it is worthless.

Excellent customer service!
Good product BUT after a few uses te pump died. It only squirts out watery liquid now. No amount of shaking helps. Very disappointed. I thought I finally found a replacement for my favorite LA RUIX SIVER MOUSE . Will never waste my money again. UPDATE!! I contacted GIOVANNI! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They replaced my bottle. Very happy.

The Mister keeps clogging!
Sorry, I have to rate this only three stars. Let me start by saying this is a wonderful product. If you can get it out of the container it thickens my hair and makes my gray dark, darker gray, and my silver stay the same. It doesn’t leave my hair sticky and when I style it, it looks beautiful in the colors. However, after just using it a few few times the pump gets clogged and no matter I try to unclog it with warm water or water or whatever it just clogs up again. I think they’re gonna have to invent away so that the product doesn’t clog up. This works the best and I’m so disappointed because my hair is very fine and it really made it look full. Sadly, since I can’t get this to foam out of them spray, I will not order it again.

Not what I’m looking for
Disappointing, always left a soapy feel when applying. Made hair sticky/matty feeling. Was looking for something similar to a product that’s no longer on the market by Eva NYE but this is not it ☹️. Wanting something that gives soft volume

A liquid mess!
I purchased this a month ago but the can looks like I've had it for years with purple liquid dripping down the sides. Ugh! After a handful of uses the product no longer came out as foam but as a purple liquid. At first I thought I just needed to do a better job shaking the can but soon realized it wasn't me that was the problem. This is not worth your money.

Stiffer than anything I’ve tried
This works so well, only one issue it holds. I mean feels like I was back in 2000 putting gel and hairspray in my hair. Best way I found. Put this in your hair at night if you are going to shower in the morning. If not put it in your hair 3-4 hrs before you shower.

Doesn’t balance out the brass.
It works well for styling but I bought it to help balance the yellow in my bleached blonde hair and it doesn’t do that very well.
