Purple foam for hair
This was the first time I ordered this exact product. It was good with color, but one needs to really shake this can up! It's not an aerosol type of mousse, it's more like a foam, easy to use. UPDATED: After using maybe twice, the liquid substance only comes out VERY watery and is VERY messy. It also makes my hair feel "different", not for the good. As of right now, I would definitely not order this again. The mess is not worth it. I will be contacting CS, I plan on sending this product back.

Not what I’m looking for
Disappointing, always left a soapy feel when applying. Made hair sticky/matty feeling. Was looking for something similar to a product that’s no longer on the market by Eva NYE but this is not it ☹️. Wanting something that gives soft volume

The Mister keeps clogging!
Sorry, I have to rate this only three stars. Let me start by saying this is a wonderful product. If you can get it out of the container it thickens my hair and makes my gray dark, darker gray, and my silver stay the same. It doesn’t leave my hair sticky and when I style it, it looks beautiful in the colors. However, after just using it a few few times the pump gets clogged and no matter I try to unclog it with warm water or water or whatever it just clogs up again. I think they’re gonna have to invent away so that the product doesn’t clog up. This works the best and I’m so disappointed because my hair is very fine and it really made it look full. Sadly, since I can’t get this to foam out of them spray, I will not order it again.

Excellent customer service!
Good product BUT after a few uses te pump died. It only squirts out watery liquid now. No amount of shaking helps. Very disappointed. I thought I finally found a replacement for my favorite LA RUIX SIVER MOUSE . Will never waste my money again. UPDATE!! I contacted GIOVANNI! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They replaced my bottle. Very happy.

Faulty pump unimpressive product
I used this product 3 times ! Not impressed with product’s performance and now after 3 uses pump had malfunctioned and it is worthless.

Color great for grey hair
I loved the purple color.. it just seemed to be too heavy for a mousse and mad my hair kind of gummy.
