The product is great but the delivery is awful… If I had wanted USPS delivery I wouldn’t need to use Amazon.

This is my second time purchasing this brand neck pillow! The microbeads allow a much more custom neck support than other styles. I like to wash it after every trip because planes/cars can make it dirty and germy. I always wash it in a delicates bag using a delicate cycle. Air dry or use the delicate dryer cycle. The only negative about washing it is that after time it will start losing the microbeads and need to be replaced once it gets too flat. For me, it's worth knowing it is clean and will need to be replaced down the line then having my face on a nasty neck pillow. Will continue purchasing as needed!

comfy, had before

My 9-year-old daughter got this and it is just right for her. Because it has the microbeads in it, it is fun to play with and it's also not overly firm to push her head forward when she puts it behind her neck in the car. If I had wanted it for myself to actually use as a travel pillow, I would have found it wanting because it is not very full, but for the actual purpose that we purchased it for, it was perfect.
