Is this mangosteen powder made from the rind, or inner fruit or seed? And what percentage of each?

The entire fruit, including the rind and seeds.

What, generally, is their cost for the 6oz pouch? -Want to order, but currently unavailable, so should I buy an alternate product that's $19 for 4oz?

I would be cautious about ordering mangosteen powder from a different company unless they can prove to you that their product has been third party tested for heavy metals. According to Mike Adams, who tests foods for heavy metals in his own independent lab, awhile back there was a batch of mangosteen powder that tested high for heavy metals. He wanted to make sure that his testing was accurate so tested the batch 4 times. Each time the results were the same. He notified the submitting company but they had already sold the batch on the open market. This makes all mangosteen powder suspect in my book unless it is tested for heavy metals. Terrasoul is happy to speak to you and answer your questions about their products if you call them. It might be a good idea to call and see directly from them, if they are having difficulty finding clean mangosteen.
