Makes L. reuteri yoghurt that is delicious and helps address gut issues
I bought this as a supplement to help address methane SIBO, but have also ended up making the delicious Lactobacillus reuteri yoghurt that is described in many reviews here. The yoghurt seems to help alleviate gut problems, and is delicious enough that it's worth making even if you don't have gut issues. (I make yoghurt in an older (non-Pro) Instant Pot on the "normal" yoghurt setting for 36 hours.

Great probiotic from a solid company!
This probiotic continues the line of probiotics developed by BioGaia many years ago. It is helpful to me personally. I heartily endorse it. There are plenty of other choices, but this product is at least as good as the many others I have both tried and professionally recommend.

I have tryied to make a yoghurt. Smell is not like from real reuteri

Caveat Emptor
After two weeks, I'm back to my past IBS syndrome. Feeling weak and ill in the morning. I suspect mine was contaminated. Read one star reviews.

Good yogurt starter!
I have been very successful making yogurt with this product. I’ve used four capsules, two tablespoons of inulin and a quart of half and half, using a yogurt maker set to 38 degrees Celsius for 36 hours. It’s nice and thick, tart but pleasant. Then in subsequent batches, I used two tablespoons of yogurt as a starter instead of more capsules. Warning! It will alter your REM. My Garmin watch tells me I’ve increased my REM drastically from “poor” to “excellent.” I’m remembering my dreams and they are more vivid. I also think my skin is starting to look healthier after a week to ten days of eating this yogurt.
