This product does not work at all

Prescribed by a naturopath. Used to control uterine fibroids, reduce duration and severity of flow. It works. I don't know how, but I went from a very heavy flow of 7-10 days to a moderate to light flow of 4-6 days. Results took about 3 months- 4 pills in the morning and 4 at night
