I used this insert for a crochet pillow I made. It came out of the bag a little lopsided but I just unzipped it and moved the stuffing around and added a handful of extra stuffing in one spot to make it more round. Once I put it in my pillow I just needed to press on it and move it around to make it look nice.

The pillow was too small. Said free returns. But the company is charging shipping fee and restock fee. False advertising.

It will cost you $5.99 to return. I would not have bought had I known. They were much thinner than I thought. I try to always use my prime button and I guess this time I got taken.
