I'm super happy with this purchase. For the price, this vibration plate is definitely worth it. It comes with everything shown, is so easy to use, and gets the job done. I work on my feet all day and this has helped with inflammation and general muscle/joint fatigue. Once you have the plate switched on and hit the power button on the remote it will begin at level 1. There are 10 vibration levels that automatically stop after 10 minutes. The suction cups on the bottom stabilize the plate so well that I have to pry it off of the floor when I'm finished. The top material is a total pet hair magnet, but a lint roller will take care of that:) All in all, this purchase was worth it. 10/10 would buy this product again.

When they’re full of pent-up energy (especially on days we’re stuck inside), they’ll hop on it for a few minutes and treat it like a mini activity break. It actually helps them burn off some of that extra energy while still being something safe and contained. The machine itself feels sturdy and stable, and it’s compact enough that it doesn’t take over a room. Setup was simple, and the controls are straightforward. Overall, it’s been a fun and surprisingly versatile addition to our house — part workout tool, part kid energy outlet.

Really love this vibration plate with the curved edges. I’ve been using it consistently for about a month. I’ve been doing it in the mornings for 10minutes everyday and it seems to make me feel more energized. I struggle with lymphatic drainage and I have noticed my puffiness and my lymph nodes are not longer inflamed. It comes ready to use in box after simply plugging in. I highly recommend this product and will continue to use.
