Can I pour hot water into the carafe?

No. Pouring hot water or brewing tea in the carafe can cause cracks.

Can the water carafe be placed in the dishwasher?

Yes, but we recommend cleaning it with mild detergent and a bottle brush. This is the only way to ensure thorough cleanliness and keep the water carafe looking like new.

Is the glass carafe lead-free?

Yes! Our glass is made from natural raw materials such as limestone, sodium carbonate, and sand, without the use of lead as a component. Therefore, the water jug is safe to use and free from lead contamination.

What beverages can I pour into the glass jug?

You can pour all cold drinks into the glass jug, including milk, juices, and carbonated sodas. Thanks to its food-safe and very smooth, non-porous surface, cleaning is also particularly easy.
