Great bread knife. The offset allows you to cut through without your knuckles getting in the way. The blade is sharp! It cuts through sourdough easily. If you display your knives, it is a nice looking knife.

There’s a lot to love about this knife. The handle is beautiful and comfortable, the blade is incredibly sharp, right out of the box, and the laser-etched grooves look pretty, but they also seem to reduce how much the cut food sticks to the blade, as compared to my older, smooth chef’s knife. The thing which cost it a star was the box. It is a very nice box, considering it is made out of cardboard. The magnetic front flap is useful and a little fun. The foam insert fits the blade with the protective sleeve on it, which helps keep the edge sharp. But… this cool box is made of cardboard, and it was crushed in shipping - specifically the back-left corner. The flap wasn’t affected, and the box still does its job, but I can’t straighten that corner out, and it annoys me every time I see it.

I don't have the picture, but when it arrived it was packaged nicely! The box it came in was sturdy and a great site to be given as a gift. The knife.... is BEAUTIFUL! My husband is a Chef and he was amazed at the quality. He loves it, and be careful because it is extremely sharp! Great price for a great product!
