I don’t understand how this can be zero net carbs when it says it has 4g carbs. Can someone please explain that to me?

One serving has 4g of erythritol, which is a sugar alcohol with zero glycemic impact. You can safely subtract erythritol from total carbs to reach the appropriate number of net carbs.

Delicious, but expensive for the amount

I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! Tastes just like real brown sugar. It’s not gritty or bitter and it mixes in just like brown sugar. The only thing is, I wish it came in bigger bags. It’s pretty expensive for the amount that you get.
