Doesn't feel as comfortable in the mouth as the plastic ones do. I think because there is no flex.

This would be a good product if there was a way to thread the floss through the top of the pick’s arms instead of just an open sided holder for it. When I pull the floss out from between my teeth it comes out of the holder and needs to be rethreaded, which is tedious for every tooth.

I have an Oral-B Plastic what I call dental Fork. But I have worn out two of them and you can’t purchase them anymore. They work great with glide floss. This new metal one is actually smaller at the prongs than my old Plastic one. It’s almost as easy to use. I like it. I actually use less glide floss.

I have looked literally for years for this tool. I have a similar 20YO plastic model (no longer made) that's broken and unusable. I have searched Amazon and other sites and found nothing similar, just the cheap plastic throwaways we see discarded everywhere. I hate those tiny things and can't use them. Recently I got lucky and this popped up on Amazon, I couldn't believe my eyes. And stainless steel, no less! It just arrived today, and I couldn't wait to try it. This tool is wonderful for we who have smaller mouths and tight teeth. I like it so much, I am going to order a few extra to give to friends. No more plastic flossers for me! Unlike other reviewers, I did not find any excessively sharp edges, nothing to touch up with a jeweler's file. Of course, one has to be careful sticking a small, sharp metal tool inside their mouth. Used with ordinary care, I see no worries that way. In the picture I use Glide Pro Health floss, which my dentist recommends. Also I tie a tight loop into the end of the floss to slip over the screw (left side) and secure the right side with about 3 turns, then tighten the screw firmly. I've just always done it that way, less to come loose, and it works very well on this one too. I am going to show this tool to my dentist in case he's not seen it. Thank you, Amazon!

The length and shape is not comfortable to use. But the reason for the 2 star review is that the screw that holds the floss is so short that just loosening it to change the floss causes it to fall off. Overall poor design. I would not recommend.
