Convenient
I had been using it for the past 4 months. I am happy. Cooks regularly in it. Needs proper care like seasoning but worth it. I make crepes, fry food, and make curries too.

Great roasting pan
This has become my go-to roasting pan. Searing meat on the stove top and then straight to the oven. Make sure your oven is big enough. Also comes in smaller sizes.

I wished I had bought this 20 years ago!
This is the perfect pan.No nasty non-stick coating because it's cast iron. Gets lovely and hot and retains heat, which is fantastic for cooking everything from scrambled eggs (without sticking) to the perfect steak. So happy, I have thrown my old pans away; no more non-stick for me!

I'm in love
I'm using it on an induction electro stove. It's very different from the usual, thin pans you get everywhere. The heat comes just as fast but it's almost as if the pan doesn't want to burn the food. Be safe and use kitchen gloves or a piece of fabric because the handles get a bit hot. The taste feels different although I'm not sure if I just imagine that, well see that later maybe other people say feel the same. It's amazing how long it holds the heat too, almost like I could turn off the heat halfway through the cooking session. I'm very happy with my purchase (I ordered another different one too) These cooking items last for a lokg time, I'm sure!
