They are worth the money, work great and are very comfortable with entire unit inside my ear. My hearing is very bad yet I can use them on the lowest volume setting. Review: Work GREAT but not suitable for small ear canals - These work great!! Unfortunately, we had to return them only because they are not suitable for small ear canals. They come with plenty of tips and tools for cleaning and great instructions. If you have average sized ear canals, you’ll likely be very pleased.
