A little hard to use but will work after a familiarization period

Work GREAT but not suitable for small ear canals
These work great!! Unfortunately, we had to return them only because they are not suitable for small ear canals. They come with plenty of tips and tools for cleaning and great instructions. If you have average sized ear canals, you’ll likely be very pleased. Even though we had to return these- I highly recommend. Always remember- RIGHT RED, then do BLUE ………. Kind of a little saying to help seniors remember which one goes in which ear.

Decent , but the company itself isn’t.
These have potential to be a good hearing aid but I’ve had two different sets and both lose function in the left ear within 30 days . Amazon tells you to reach out to the company but they are HORRIBLE with response. They do not follow up leaving you out of money and sound. Look up other options because 9x out of 10 if you’re not within your return window, you will not be supported even with the “warranty” they allegedly have. They are comfortable and discreet but not worth the hassle this company will put you through to resolve an issue .

They actually work well
Previously I had hearing aids that I paid $5000.00 dollars for. Granted they synced with my phone and I could talk to people on my phone from as afar away as 75 feet. They lasted a long time but I spent a fortune on batteries for them. Main part sat behind my ear and other part was in my ear. I am happy with these that cost a little over $100.00 and are rechargeable. They are worth the money, work great and are very comfortable with entire unit inside my ear. My hearing is very bad yet I can use them on the lowest volume setting.

not worth buying. hard to know where the button to adjust. never did work. Instruction book was useless.

Decent for the money
Far better than lack of hearing. Amplification does not have a clear crisp sound like a true hearing aid, but they are acceptable. Reasonably comfortable.
