Great scooter

This product was very affordable, given all the features that come with it. The extra basket for storage, side mirrors and comfortable seat will make it so comfortable and safe for my mother to use. One of the best features is how easy it is to transport given that it can fold and has a push feature if the battery dies. Looking forward to getting my mom out of the house more in this great scooter

Shame on you for scamming seniors.

I have been waiting for to long for their customers service, I emailed, sent pictures, battery died within 11 months, looked at battery, was wired differently, also glue from a hot air glue gun, was present,not able the replace battery , company says that will help me, well it hasn't happened yet, this scooter was my only source of transportation. This product is a scam. They didn't stick to their contract. I'm not giving up, next stop is the help from my lawyer.
