Super happy with it after the first use ! Ice lasted all day at work and Into the evening at home. I washed it first before using, and let it sit for a few minutes after I took out of freezer. Works very nice with Cirkul's tumbler. I didn't give 5 stars because the cubes don't come out easily. Excellent way to keep your water cold in any large tumbler.
