Strong gears with a great warranty
These are some of the toughest in the industry. Its not mentioned but you can buy the “YES” service plan for most yukon parts, which give you a lifetime warranty.

Poor machining tolerances
Both the spline for the yoke and the rear bearing mount were considerably out of tolerance. The bearing mount was at least 0.001" too big and the bearing was extremely tight. Also the spline for the yoke was exceptionally tight, when it should have been a sliding fit. Had to use a 10 ton hydraulic puller to get the yoke back off and probably ruined the rear bearing hitting as hard as I could with a large hammer to remove the pinion after trial bolt up. Reduced diameter of the bearing mount with emery tape and spent a couple of hours carefully with hand stones to try to reduce the interference fit on the splines. Yet to see what type of pattern the gears give. I'm in New Zealand so fat chance of returning them. First and only time I will buy Chinese manufactured Yukon gears.As an addition to above I can also now comment on the mating of the gears. I have built 3x D30, 2x D44 and 1x Ford 8.8 in the last year. These are the worst meshing gears of any of the axles I worked on. Have spent many hours on this and cannot get a good pattern. Really dissapointed in the quality of these gears
