For the price, I find these to be very good. My only complaint is both of the "ear cups" that fits on the end and then into the ear are too large for my small ears, but even sitting outside the ear canal, they are very helpful. I love the toggle switch to turn them on and off instead of having to hold a button for several seconds. I also find the wheel to increase/decrease the volume easier to use that a button. They work for me equally well in hearing outdoor sounds that are somewhat far away as well as television, movies, sermons or in conversations with someone sitting next to me (they do not have a way to switch between these types of distances like higher priced hearing aids.) The sound is not harsh, fuzzy or annoying as I feared they might. The battery life far exceeds my expectation as does the quick recharging. If you only need amplification, I find these a cost efficient way to keep from missing out on conversations-don't feel left out or isolated another day. Try them!

Got these for my Mom and have got to warn that this is really not a good product. It’s questionable that noise canceling is even a function with these. Tinny, horrible sound quality, and notably won’t consistently charge in the cradle. Bump it in the most minor way and one or both hearing aids loose connection and won’t charge. Good luck having them both stay connected in charging box long enough to get a charge, especially for an older person without a surgeon’s touch. Immediate return and a waste of time.

Just purchased these in July for my dad and the wire already broke. My dad has worked in a machne shop his whole life so is very hard of hearing. I was actually surprised that they worked for him. I would have given them 5 stars if they lasted more than 6 months.

These were a good improvement over the aids I've used for about 4 years. The main thing, I hear better with these. They are comfortable with the correct ear tips. And the charging system has been flawless. So, why only 4 stars? There are several things I dislike about these. 1.) Instead of behind-the-ear, these tend to be more top-of-the-ear. This is primarily because of the short length of the wire to the receiver. This results in more interference with temple pieces of glasses. And this in turn results in sore ears after wearing for a full day. 2.) The 4 step volume control wheel doesn't allow for the fine tuning I'm accustomed to. And it's quite easy to touch it by mistake and change the volume level. 3.) I'd question the 16 channel chip and AI claim. The noise reduction on these is about the same as my 4 year old aids. 4.) The use of the "Sonority" and "Soft" mode is confusing and contradictory to the listing pictures. But I think I've about figured it out. So, despite my dislikes these are an improvement for me and well worth the cost.

I have owned 3 sets of hearing aids in this price range and these are best. The volume controls work and are the best I have owed. The power supply and charging app also work very well. Buy this one.

A complete waste product they low quality the lid do not close properly and does not charge. I had to send this to someone and I was an urgent need in order this one, but it was very disappointing to see it’s not charging and does not close properly very very low quality do not buy this.

This hearing aid is exceptionally good at amplifying human voices, allowing my father to hear clearly in both quiet and noisy environments. It also filters out background noise effectively, making it comfortable. The ear hooks are lightweight and durable, making them ideal for extended wear. It's much better than getting a hearing aid fitted at a store.

I bought these for my mom. One side stopped working in less than a month so they were returned.
