Poor Design & Quality
The third time I used this, the guard that releases the food from the blades came loose; the guard is ruined as are my onions. This low-contrast embossed instructions on various components make it difficult to understand how to take it apart to wash it, yet connections are loose enough it's easy for it to take itself apart during use leading to its destruction. I have owned similar products from other manufacturers that lasted for years, this one is poorly designed and poorly constructed.

Meaningful time has been restored!
Fastest cutting I have ever done. Uniform size . A 30 minute job turned into 5 minute. Nice having a product that appreciates that my time is valuable!

Poorly built
I purchased this in October, it's now March and the thing broke. It doesn't rotate anymore, so I have to rotate it myself. It still chops, so I have that. I'm going to keep an eye out for something else.

This thing is GARBAGE. It didn’t work very well before it broke.
This thing is GARBAGE. Before this thing broke after just a month of light use chopping up cooked, boneless chicken. Food would get stuck in the flexible plastic piece. I am just going to order another Pampered Chef chopper.

Read the reviews before buying, not worth the money :(
I bought this after my son saw it in a YouTube video, I didn't read the reviews. It was rubbish - flimsy, did not chop as advertised, generally poor quality especially for the price. The grater was also terrible, too stiff to push the food towards the grater. The only plus side was it was easy to return.

Fun but I feel like it won’t last long
Love this! Don’t like the graty as it doesn’t grate well and requires a lot of work cleaning it. The slap chop is good easy to clean sharp cutter and my mum loves it 😂 you do still need to use a knife to cut it to size and the cutting blade has a few dents in it from cutting but overall it’s fun 👍
