this is the worst purchase I have ever made with Amazon, first it was missing some of the tools to put it together but I'm a mechanic so I managed, but it only worked for 20 minutes before it got really hot and smelling. I immediately stopped usage and disconnected the battery to allow it to cool and after a day I tried to recharge the battery, which it did, and plugged it in and the bike does not run anymore. I reached out to customer service to no avail. Have never gotten any correspondence from them and even reached out to Amazon customer service to try and get a refund or replacement but was told that it was past the time by 2 days. I even purchased the extended warranty but it seems to have not mattered because Amazon keeps telling me to reach out to the seller. Either way I'm out $300 plus dollars and time and energy trying to diagnose something that I shouldn't have to. I guess I'll hang it up on my garage wall as a reminder to NEVER buy from this seller ever again. Thanks for the ridiculously bad build quality, horrible customer service, and the worst value I have ever had.

It was bad they send me a terrible quality one and it had no value for my money what so ever. The one in the photo didn't even match the one in the box it only runs 2 hours on a charge and after thirty days it's speed went down we got a full refund it's appearance is ok but now we have a non durable no battery life piece of junk in our Garage

My boy loved it! He is 7 yrs now Perfect gift for his birthday.

Chain broke with in 15 mi s of my son riding it. Got a new chain then the motor burnt up with in 30 mins of my son riding it! Would not write back. Amazon had to refund me my money
