Why do I feel the nail trimmer is too harsh for my baby? Could it be due to incorrect usage?

Start slowly and gently. Place the trimmer on the edge of your baby’s nail without pressing hard or touching the skin, trimming in the direction of nail growth. Keep sessions short and pause to check the nail shape to avoid over-trimming.

The nail trimmer seems too powerful for my newborn. How can I avoid any harm?

Please ensure the speed is set to the lowest setting. We suggest using a gentle tap-and-lift technique, touching the nail for just 1-2 seconds at a time. This allows you to monitor your baby’s reaction and proceed comfortably.

If I don’t remove the battery from the nail trimmer when it’s not in use, could there be any risks?

For safety, we recommend removing the battery when storing the trimmer for long periods. This helps prevent potential battery leakage, which could damage the trimmer’s internal components.

The packaging box looks a bit worn, as if it’s been used. What should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please inspect the items for any damage or missing parts. If there are issues, kindly take photos and reach out to us. We’ll be happy to assist with a return or replacement.

What should I do if the product malfunctions?

If there are problems, refer to the troubleshooting section of the manual Check trimmer pad is correctly installed/batteries are inserted properly. Ensure battery power is sufficient and replace if necessary.

Great for kids AND adults

Loved having this when I was too scared to actually clip my baby's nails. Also use it on myself sometimes! It's so gentle, my son will grab it while it's running and it never hurts.

No vale la calidad precio

Le falta potencia en el nivel uno a penas lo acercas a la uña se detiene y en el nivel 2 si intentas usar la lima de adulto… ni gira
