A 12 inch pizza just about fits but the sides burn more easily. Iv started making 9 inch pizzas and they do much better. It takes a wile to get used to managing the heat and how often to load with pellets. I have had a few hits and a few fails so far but I think once I’ve gotten used to the oven the pizzas will be great.
