Organic wheat germ seemed to have excellent quality and was promptly delivered, within a few days.

I can't get over how delicious this! I put on toast with olive oil with a fried egg on top. I added to cottage cheese and berries. Also over peanut butter on toast. It goes with sweet or non-sweet foods. More protein than more other wheat germ products. Just wish it was a little less expensive.

I add this to my sugar free Fage yogurt. I add some berries and stevia and 2 heaping teaspoons of wheat germ. I think I’ll try this in my meatloaf (instead of bread crumbs). I bought this because wheat germ is high in manganese which is good for your hair. I lost my hair due to chemo and doing all I can to grow it out. Because of the chemicals used in agriculture, I ultimately went with this brand.

This is THE ONLY organic wheat germ I have been able to find. Although it's very pricey compared to non-organic wheat germ I still think it's worth it, hoping the price will come down a bit. I eat wheat germ for the health benefits, it tastes great, I add it to my oatmeals, cereals, and salads but my favorite is to top my toast with it! I make Ezekiel bread toasted and topped with nut butter, applesauce, cinnamon, and wheat germ, it's one of my favorite healthy breakfasts! Give it a try :)
