Will they fit a full brim hard hat?

No. Refer to this link for full brim options: https://multimedia.3m.com/mws/media/1409700O/3m-peltor-full-brim-hard-hat-attached-earmuff-brochure.pdf

Do they attach to the inside of the hard hat where the rigging would attach?

These cap mounted ear muffs attach to a cap-style hardhat (H-700 series) on the outside (universal slot). Contact the 3M Techline at 800-243-4630 with any questions.

Do you have to screw these into the hard hat? Buying for someone so not sure how they work. Thanks.

The 3M Peltor Optime 95, H6P3E/V fits most standard size slotted hard hats. No additional hardware (screws) is required to secure the earmuff.

They are comfortable to wear and do a great job of reducing noise, making them a good option for working in noisy environments such as factories. The only thing I noticed is that the inner padding can sometimes feel a little damp when working in very cold conditions. Overall, they work well, are comfortable, and I would definitely buy them again.

Muy ligeros pero apretan mucho y son pequeños.

Muy tenso, aplasta algo la cabeza y no cubre bien las orejas, por otro lado son bastante lijeras, perfecto para uso industrial.
