Does it handle bones, meat, and peels? What about capacity?

Yes, Vegetables, peels, meat, and soft bones all work. The bucket capacity is 4L. A detailed "Can & Cannot" food waste guide is also included – so you always know what's safe to add.

Is it noisy? How much electricity does it use?

Under 40dB – ultra quiet, perfect for overnight use. With 500W power, each 4‑hour cycle costs $0.30 – about $3/month (based on 10 cycles). Runs on standard outlets.

Does it really control odor? How often change filters?

Yes. Dual carbon filters trap 99.7% of smells; sealed design keeps bugs out. Filters last 3–5 months; LED alerts when to replace. Starter refill included – no extra bags needed in the begining.

Can I use the dried output as fertilizer right away?

Not immediately. Auto/Manual reduces waste by 90%. Then FMT (10h) with brown materials (dry leaves, wood shavings, cardboard) & compost starter creates a fermented semi‑product. Cure outdoors 3–6 weeks with occasional turning - then mature compost.

How do I clean it? Does it take up much space?

Press Clean for a 30‑min auto‑cycle with water. The bucket is removable and top‑rack dishwasher safe. Compact, space‑saving design fits perfectly in apartments and small kitchens – no scrubbing or harsh chemicals needed.
