I have the entire wallop knife set. It’s the handle and design I think I like most. I have the 10.5 for carving meat and love that one as well. I did send my first one back due to a missed issue that resulted in the grinding being too close to the blade giving it a serrated edge toward the handle. They sent a new one immediately and allowed me to send the other back free of charge. The G10 handle feels very comfortable to hold and the knife feels balanced to handle. It weighs in at 9.47 oz and has a 0.075 inch spine. The knife was packaged in a nice protective gift box. The knife included a quality black protective Knife Edge Guard that I will use for storage in a drawer. The blade has a very sharp edge, after a couple light swipes on my steel.
