How often can a dog be bathed with this bar? I am fighting a yeast infection.

I don't know.  We bathe weekly.  Diet should be grain free and preferably carb.  free.  We feed raw meat, bones and organs trying to mimicking what wolves might eat in the wild. Kibble usually isn't adequate for good health.   You may want to look into adding borax to your dog's skincare routine or even a very small amount in the diet.  Research borax cures.

Does anyone with a dog on Atopica use this?  Is it effective in helping to control itching?

We have used this product on our Westie for 3 years. From day one he was a stinky itchy dog.... eventually we tracked his problems to hypothroid, yeast, and occasional outbreaks and demodex (the yeast and the demodex because his immune system is compromised from the hypothroid). We only use dermic products in him now. With his first outbreak of demodex we shaped him with another recommended "all natural" anti-demodex shampoo and he broke out in tiny bumps and was going even more insane with itching... within a half hour I shampooed him with Dermagic products and the difference was AMAZING! The peppermint conditioner is also soothing for an itchy dog. If your dog is chronically itchy. I would recommend going to Dermagic's website and reading what she has to say. Also look at Nzymes.com. we have used their regimine for 3 years also.
