I am writing this review for Ossorro "Liquid Smoke" flavour but for some reason Amazon is attaching the review to Ossorro "Whisky" flavour instead. I use this Liquid Smoke flavour for crafting mocktails. Not much of an smoky smell on the nose, but it is perceptible. Only after adding it to a glass of water it really comes into its own. You genuinely get the feeling that one is drinking the flavours extracted from a smoking piece of wood that was dunked in the water. It is not harsh at all and perfectly enjoyable.
