Hi, I bought the polarized Gear Direct glasses and they are great. ( as seen in previous review). I did not get the car clip . Also the left lens was just a little loose simply due to the nose area--NOT a big deal at all. I wrote to Gear Direct simply asking for a car clip. Well----they responded AND sent me via 2 Day Mail a car clip AND a new pair of glasses. Who does this? What a great company and I think a small business. I wrote saying I didn't even want a new pair of glasses but too late, they sent me new glasses and the car clip. This is a great company. Give them your business. And the glasses are fantastic. I never heard of Gear Direct before I bought these so no incentive to write this. I will buy again from this wonderful company. You will not go wrong with them so choose them if you're in doubt. The glasses fit well, smaller than most others in the category, which I like a lot, clear vision and who can ask for anything more especially at this price point. I'd like a little bit lighter lens, and if they make one I will buy it. But all in all, I no longer squint. They are light. And the customer service is beyond anything. I cannot recommend them enough. Again, this IS my real opinion. Enjoy them!

I bought these sunglasses because of the anti fog label. With masks I fog up my other sunglasses, Raybans and generic cheapo ones. I thought buying these would be a good idea instead of trying out a myriad of anti fog sprays. Pros: they are pretty good at reducing fog. The lens fog up but with other glasses where I don't have any visibility these I can see pretty decently for 20 yards. I wouldn't want to drive wearing them with a mask on, but for going on walks in the neighborhood and seeing oncoming traffic it's fine. They defog quickly when I take my mask off. I was hoping it would truly no fog on the lenses but compared to other sunglasses it's like a world of difference. Cons: They seem to be made of flimsy or cheap material, so I am careful in folding it up and putting them away. They do come with a soft cloth bag but also a hard cover case. (Pro to this con) so it was easy to take steps to avoid accidentally breaking them. I recommend this to people who have to wear masks but also want sunglasses. I haven't found anything better yet.

I bought these as a pair of glasses that always stays in the car and mostly for driving they work great. I was actually surprised at the quality of the case and lenses. The lenses are honestly fairly surprising in the clarity and quality. The glasses are lightweight and stay on the head very well and don't move while still being comfortable to wear. The only real issue is the frame is very cheap plastic. I don't see the frame standing up to a lot of abuse, if you are the type of person that just tosses your sunglasses in the center console or backpack don't expect them to last. In that case I recommend one of the flexible frame styles, be warned though those tend to be a bit uncomfortable.

The blue lenses were not quite dark enough for my tastes. The wrap around coverage was decent, but a little short for me and my peripheral vision. While they were short on my peripheral vision, there were better that another pair that I have where I could see the frame in the corners that blocked my vision somewhat like the front window frame in cars where it creates a blind spot. These seemed to have less of a solid feel compared to a couple other pairs I have tried. They were decent overall. However, my lenses had what appear to be a manufacturing defect. Looking into light, or looking into less light, it appears some sort of coating had pooled, giving the viewing appearance of looking at glare, regardless of the light level. The effect was like some prescription glasses I one had that were coated, and I made the mistake of leaving them in a hot car lenses down, and the coating sort of pooled in the middle (Costco fixed them for free!). Those had an even distortion, while these had uneven distortions. The issue here happened right out of the box. I was able to return them without issue to a Kohl's, no box required.

Nice all-in-one package. One stop for all accessories and a good pair of sunglasses. This is my second pair. Still have the first pair and they work great. I got this pair for back up and travel outside the car. The great deal is why I bought my first pair, for a vacation, and then became my main pair of sunglasses when another brand I had eventually broke. Several years later, still using the first pair and now using the second pair as needed. They are dark and light weight. Now that I have two sets of accessories that came with the glasses, I have a back of those two, and extra hard case for what ever I may need it for. If I ever need a third pair, of if these do break at some point, I'd quickly by another Gear District set.

I have been buying this brand for a long time. They used to sell for around $12 and I would buy a pair or two and they would last me at work for a year or two. Now they raised the price $8 or $9 and the quality has gone down significantly. I dont know how that works, paying for a worse product? I have now bought 4 pairs in the last 8 months and ALL of them have had the frames snapped. Most of the time I barely have put any pressure on them. Like I said, they used to be durable and I really liked them but since the price increase, I would have to say to everyone, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this product!

I got these sunglasses at a very good sale price; I had just accidentally broken my previous pair and decided to see what was available on Amazon. Since my laser eye surgery 15 years ago I no longer need prescription sunglasses, so I have been buying the very inexpensive ones off the rack at big-box retailers. When I saw that these were marked down substantially, I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did. I play golf several times a week and ordinarily remove my sunglasses while hitting a shot or reading a putt, because ordinary inexpensive sunglasses tend to distort my depth perception just enough to cause some issues. However, with these glasses (gray lenses), not only is my depth perception unaffected, but I can actually see the contours of the greens more clearly than I can without sunglasses. Similarly, while driving my car I can see much more clearly than with conventional sunglassess. The sunglasses also come with a very nice zipper case, protective microfiber storage bag, microfiber cleaning cloth, and attachable carrying strap for the case. I highly recommend this product!

I bought these glasses because my eyes have become very sensitive to light. They are fantastic for this purpose due to tight contact with eyebrows and the wrap around style.
