Where do you get this product? People have said it’s not authentic

I ordered mine from Amazon, and IT IS AUTHENTIC. I’ve used this product for more than 3 years. I use it everyday after showing on my wet hair to smooth it out. I began buying it off of Amazon because in the salon it is $36. Or if you have an honest hairdresser they could charge you wholesale price which is close to $18. Hope that helps.

What is the difference in this Serum versus the thermal straightening balm? It looks like they would give same result. Smooth and heat protected

Does this help menopause hair the nasty texture issue that comes with it?

I do not know about menopausal hair, but I have very dry hair from meds & this gives more body & doesn't dry it out. You only need a small amount on the hair
