How tall is this cup without the lid? how long does the coffee stay hot?

It doesn’t stay hot much longer than a traditional coffee mug without a top. I also love how Keurig advertises it as a great deal under $10, but Amazon charges just under &15 for it. Don’t waste your money.

Does this cup keeps the coffee hot for hours?

No. Really hot coffee going in, maybe a half hour to an hour, tops and that would be hot to luke-warm. It's not really insulated or vacuum-walled, just plastic-lined.

One of the best features about this tumbler, besides how pretty it is, is that it really retains the heat! I had tea as the first drink in this mug when it arrived, and it stayed hot for over 2 hours. It is amazing! Well worth the reasonable price, as getting a first rate drinking cup for such a great deal
