These worked really well. The padding for the foot was not easy to stick without catching on the sides but made a huge difference. I don't wear heels but was able to wear my shoes most of the day for a wedding I attended. Would recommend.

Bought these to give my feet relief from wearing heels. Unfortunately, due to the thickness they made my feet rub against the top of the shoe and I had to remove them after 1 hour of wearing them.

I wore them for prom and I was running, skipping, and jumping all night and my feet did not hurt AT ALL they fit my shoes very well, they were soft, and they come with a few in a pack, it was money very well spent, no regrets!

I honestly didn’t expect these heel pads to make such a big difference, but they completely changed how my heels feel when I wear them. I bought them because I always struggle with heel pain and discomfort after wearing dress shoes for more than an hour or two. Usually the back of my heels start rubbing, I get soreness on the bottom of my feet, and by the end of the night I’m counting down the minutes until I can take my shoes off. After using these, the difference was noticeable almost immediately. The padding is incredibly soft and comfortable without feeling bulky. They fit inside my heels really well and didn’t make the shoes feel too tight. Instead, they added just enough cushioning to support my feet and reduce the pressure points that normally cause pain. Maine ye pad try kiya tha lekin honestly mujhe experience utna accha nahi laga. Sabse badi problem ye hai ki ye properly chipakta hi nahi hai. Slippers ke saath use karne par baar-baar nikal jata hai, jiski wajah se chalne me bhi discomfort hota hai. Adhesive quality weak lagti hai aur thodi der use karne ke baad grip loose ho jati hai. Agar aap long time ke liye use karna chahte ho ya daily wear me use karna hai, to ye reliable option nahi hai. Comfort average hai, lekin jab tak ye sahi se chipka rahe tabhi tak useful hai. Overall, idea accha hai but execution weak hai.
