The same with this honey company's description... it is made by American bees... South American. Unfiltered honey has pollen and bits of propolis visibly in it and is thick, not liquidy like this. The bits are very good for you and those with allergies but some don't like it. I feel the thick honey is more authentic like bee and flower or wee bee honey.
