Spigen Neo Hybrid Designed for Galaxy Note 9 Case (2018) - Ocean Blue

Another Update (Oct 15 2019) - Another saved phone!My replacement Spigen case saved my Note 9 at least 4 times since my last update. I know because each corner of the case was smashed and the phone is still working perfectly. I am very hard on phones. When I re-ordered this time I went for the Ron Burgundy color and it's very striking. Really love this case. Absolutely unfair that I can't give this thing more than 5 stars. Thanks Soooo Much Spigen! (Note: The gold plate in the pic below was added as part of a magnetic window mount for the Note 9 - it isn't part of the Spigen case)Update (November 2018): Well Spigen saves the day! I dropped my stupid expensive Note 9. The thing landed on a corner. My case broke but the Phone was totally fine (see pic). Spigen saved me a big pile of cash! New Spigen case arrived today. Thanks Spigen.Original Review:This case feels extra premium and looks amazing. The Note 9 is a ridiculously slippery phone. The phone is slick as oil and it's heavy. Guaranteed 100% you will drop this phone multiple times. The curved glass is extremely fragile. This phone is just a disaster waiting to smack the pavement at every turn. I know because I dropped mine and shattered the screen. I put the replacement in this Spigen case (and put on some Ghost Armor). Now the case has a bit of grip. Buttons work perfect. The curved glass is not covered but a tiny bit of a bumper at top and bottom keep the glass from touching the ground when it lands face down. One time it did fall off a table onto cement and Spigen saved the day. I'm probably not cut out to own a $1000 phone with curved glass but at least with Spigen on the job there's some hope it will last a while.

I've dropped my phone countless times and I've had not a single shred of damage...not a scratch, ding, dent, scrape or crack. I've been buying Spigen for a while now since my son got one a few phones ago.When I'm at home or driving and need to charge my phone I use the port at the bottom, which Spigen left a generous hole for, in case you're using large or aftermarket chargers. There is also a hole for the microphone, so that I can be well heard, without mufffling my voice, a hole for the headphone jack and a hole for the S-Pen (I'm using the Note 9). All of these are as generous as possible without compromising the integrity or protection of the case itself. All of the access holes are also beveled to sort of 'direct' whatever you're plugging in.The case has a hard metal shell on the outside, with a soft rubbery (TPU maybe) interior, but (more convenient than most two-piece phone cases, the whole thing slides on and off in one piece. I don't remove the case often, but at least once every couple of months to wipe off the dust that collects under the case (dusty environment and dusty pocket, not the fault of the case or the phone). To this point I have not had any trouble with the case holding just as solidly as it did in the beginning...some other cases that I've used in the past tended to get stretched out over time and not stay on quite as well.Even though this case protects quite well, it is also very thin and doesn't interfere with wireless charging which is how I charge when I'm at my desk at work. I'm an IT guy so I use my phone constantly and I've received compliments on this case...it isn't showy, but it is nice looking and it definitely does its job. My wife usually buys 4-5 cases whenever we get new phones and she tends to switch them out every once in a while, so that she actually ends up using maybe 2-3 of them. For me, I just go look at Spigen and it lasts until I replace the phone.One small annoyance is that the back of the case could be a tad more rubbery/grabby. I usually drive with my phone sitting on my leg (I don't use it while driving, that's just a convenient spot) and I've had it slide off.

I absolutely love this case! I've been through half a dozen to find the just right case for my Note 9 and this is it! I want to start out saying this is a very high quality and feeling case for the money. It fits the phone like a glove and it feels really good in the hands with a very nice and grippy surface. And if you have the Ocean Blue Note 9 this case is an absolute perfect match to it!UPDATE 6 MONTHS LATER! The case still looks brand new and is by far the best phone case that I've ever bought! I used to only buy OtterBox and after having to spend $70-80 for their cases that literally only lasted three to four months before the rubber was badly stretched and I'll fitting, I thought that there had to be a better solution. And when I saw this Spigen Neo Hybrid case that beautifully matched my phone I had to give it a try and at $17.95 this case is an incredible value! It fits perfect even after six months of daily use and looks like new. Also I've had two really bad drops (one from around 4ft and the other from 6ft onto a super bad rough surface with this case on my phone and the case came away with only a "tiny" little mark on the trim and that's it! The second drop from 6ft ended up landing so hard on the bottom edge that it ejected the S Pen completely out of the phone and bounced back up and landed hard face down. I don't run a screen protector because I haven't found one that I like but even without one this case properly protected my screen and it came away unharmed. I'm a Spigen customer from now on and I'm constantly telling people to not hesitate to buy the Neo Hybrid. I even converted an OtterBox buyer at Best Buy and he decided to put the OtterBox back and get a Spigen after I showed him my case. I love this case so much I want to collect the other colors just to change things up when I want! In short, Spigen makes the best case available for Samsung Phone's!

Me encantó todo... el diseño, la comodidad, los colores... en cuanto a resistencia... no puedo decir nada porque hasta ahora no se me ha caído mi celular con esta funda.

Me duró mucho tiempo y cargó encima mil hostias. Encima era bonita. Recomendada.

De buen tacto, muy resistente, el móvil se ha caído muchas veces y siempre lo ha protegido perfectamente , pantalla incluida. Repetiré sin dudar
