A: No you can't  lock the wheels.
I took mine off & love it better. Glad I bought it.

A: I don’t think so but I’m not 100% certain. I didn’t like this stool. It was so hard to roll around. The wheels get stuck. I gave it to my daughter and she likes it

事務所の椅子として　使用しています。事務椅子だと背もたれが邪魔で　ストレスでしたが　これは　背もたれが簡易で　疲れない　背筋を気にして座るようになりました。クッションも厚めで　座っている時間が長い私でも　疲れることなく　使用しています。事務所だから　事務椅子という　固定概念を　くずしてくれました。
