The total height is 62.99 inches and the shelf is apprx 8 inches from the floor, so apprx 54 inches.

Does it come with two sets of feet - wheels and flat?

Hey girl yes it does come with both sets; flat feet and wheels so you can move the garment rack. I own the gold one, but I’m pretty positive they are the same. Hope this helps, it’s a great rack and very sturdy.
