This thing is much more comfortable than the thin rubber seal that came with the pump. Fits great, seals well and looks to be durable.

Great replacement for any manufacturer sleeve
Soft feeling and firm with great cushion. Very unlikely to pinch, cut, bruise or squeeze. Extra sensitive material can still get sucked in if not careful—but lot less likely than others. Doesn’t lose shape!

This is THE one that actually works
This Is The sleeve to use with Penis Pumps that come with those tiny holes cheaply made black covers. Fits properly and the hole is large enough to allow entry And suction. Wish there was a size with a tad larger hole but this is one of the best options. There's a similar sleeve sold by same manufacturer that is Too big and does NOT fit on the lip of the pump.
