If you have knee pain, this stuff works really good. It’s not a cure. It’ll just buy you some time.

I take 3 capsules 3 X daily due to intense amounts of inflammation and this works for me! Now I don’t feel like I’m in a straight jacket anymore. I can move my joints around freely instead of constantly spraining muscles just to barely move them. It is as effective for me as the Celebrex that I was taken off of due to kidney damage. No side effects from the supplements. Thank goodness!
