I dog eared the pages on the ones I want to try. Love that the recipes are simple, only a few ingredients and some ingredients are repeated. I saw the book in one of my magazines and thought I would buy it. I thought it would be like some of the other books I purchased and would be hunting down everywhere for the ingredients....not so with this book! Either my health food store locally or Whole Foods had the ingredients. Anxious to try the recipes and have fun.
