Yes, all Ultra Gloss rolls come with a stretchable protective cap. Which can be installed without removing throughout the entire wrap process. For precision cuts, seams and joints, make sure to remove the cap in those areas.

Can I wrap my car at home?

Yes you can. You will need a dust/particle free space to properly install your vinyl wrap. You will need the proper cleaning material to prep your car before the wrap and the essential tools (heat gun, knife, etc) for the install process.

I've been applying vinyl for many years, usually use 3M, but tried this and it is the worst I have ever had. The protective top layer was bonded to the vinyl and after trying for almost 45 minutes I gave up, it would not release. I could get it started but I'm nce I gently pulled it tore
