Great for intermittant fasting
I can confidently state that when I use this product my blood glucse does not spike, so it does not knock me out of a fasted state. That has helped me in my quest to lose weight via intermittent fasting and I have lost 15 pounds, although I have health problems that keep me from losing weight as easily as others. I like the taste of this product and the added benefits of the mct oil and collagen are a boost.

Rich and creamy
I've been using this for years and can't enjoy a cup of coffee without it. Very rich and creamy tasting without being overly sweet. Wish there were a couple more flavors like back in the days of Bean Envy.
