Best little knife ever. Sharp, easy to use , great handle and my go to knife for almost everything.and it’s so little. Use it 90% if the time, sounds crazy but true. I do have larger expensive excellent knives, but this is my favorite knife. Bought more for backup in case it gets thrown out or lost, it’s happened, since it’s so small. Best paring knife in the world. I've used so many in my life but this one is hands down the best one. I bought 2 more just to make sure I always have them on hand. Dishwasher safe even on the hottest and longest wash cycle (I've only tested top rack, not bottom rack). No rust, the handle is comfortable, and comes very, very sharp. I'm not a fancy knife person. I just have a chopping knife for vegetables, and this small paring knife for smaller veggies. I'll use this knife for life :)

I’ve been looking for years for the perfect paring knife. I finally found it. These knives are sharp fit in your hand beautifully and they stay sharp. I use them for trimming up meat or peeling fruits and vegetables. They do very well in the dishwasher too. I bought two and I’m thinking about getting at least three more, I can’t recommend them high enough.
