This is perfect and Customer Service is Awesome!
I wanted to get back to the gym. A trainer was so expensive and just using the treadmill was boring. I gave this a try and I love it. The workouts are easy to follow and they really make you feel like you got a great workout. I was so disappointed that I lost my very first card. The owner reached out to see how I liked it and I asked about ordering just the missing card and it is being replaced! No questions asked! I will definitely move on to Trainer 2 and 3 when I am ready! Thanks for making my gym experience great again!

Regular exercises
This is very good if you spend a lot of time at the gym. But I don't but I am still able to do the exercise schedule with the exercise equipment that I have at home. The binder is strong and was able to add another set of card that I purchased. And the cards have help with making sure that I do the exercise effectually.

This is a great book. You can go to the gym without thinking--the plans are made. 6 days a week. Everyday cardio with 2 days each of upper body, lower body and core strength training. New exercises and different equipment 6 days a week for four weeks. It can be repeated, adjusting for heavier weights. No falling into too much routine and lack of challenge at the gym.

This product arrived on time and was exactly as described by the seller. It was easy to use and the instructions and pictures made it very easy to follow! Since there are 4 weeks of workouts to try they can also be switched around to create even more work-outs! I look forward to buying more products in this line!

Excellent concept
Excellent idea. Take card for the day with you to gym for training, it is like you are never without a trainer! The pictures are however bit small and dark. I hope author works on improving the quality of the pictures. I still highly recommend this product. Every day I look forward to my work out!

I absolutely love this product. I highly recommend My Trainer Fitness Workout Plans. It is well written and user-friendly. Simple and convenient to use
It’s orefect. I have no clue what I am doing in the gym but this binder helps. I like that I can just take a page out and carry it without bringing the whole book. It even shows you want equipment to use. Very simple to follow.
